Since I believe in God, I believe that God placed me where I was supposed to be today. God led me to each conversation. I influenced (and hopefully encouraged) others, and others influenced me. This brings peace to me and a smile to my face.

• Drink a glass of cold water or warm tea/coffee, taking the time so savor each sip.
• Take a minute by yourself and focus on your breathing.
• Begin planning your next vacation.
• Page through a travel magazine (not online).
• Soak in the shower a little longer and let the water rinse away some stress.
• Read part of a good book.
• Go for a walk.
• Get a blank post-it note, index card, or just a small piece paper. Decide on one thing that would help you feel you enjoyed yourself this weekend, then make sure you do that one thing.
• Pray, and listen.
