Quotations

Quotations provide insight, inspiration, or a good laugh. With that in mind, here are a few I like:
“The belief that one’s own view of reality is the only reality is the most dangerous of all delusions.” - Paul Watzlawick
“The reason why truth is so much stranger than fiction is that there is no requirement for it to be consistent.” - Mark Twain
“We can’t all do everything.” - Virgil
“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.” - Washington Irving
“From there to here,
from here to there,
funny things are everywhere.” - Dr. Seuss

Excellent quotes- Dr. Seuss and Virgil don’t often show up on the same page. I love the one by Irving.
I enjoyed the diversity of quotes. When stressed or frustrated, I also find relief or comfort in reading worthy comments. I think that it shows the commonality that we share as human beings.
“We can’t all do everything.” - Virgil
‘I think of this quote when I am intimidated.
