   Man, that was a tough question. I’m best at making things change. I do have my avoiding change moments, but for the most part, I have the personality of a bulldozer. I have to make sure not to steam roll right over others.

   I’m better at making things change, however, we can’t avoid change…so sometimes, depending on what that change is…I’ll go with the flow.
