I believe that the marriage/relationship “glass” should be full of all that is important; such as trust, communication, caring, love, honesty, partnership, fun humor, etc…all of the time. However, there has to be that leak in there so that there IS room to fill it up and empty it a little with the daily issues that come up - good or bad - so that you can continue to grow together and hopefully work on the hard times together. In order to do that, you must have the other qualities that make a relationship flourish.
