What you’ll find here . . .
- Brief essays and “nuggets of thought” from a therapist’s perspective
- Some dry humor sprinkled here and there (I’ll try to warn you!)
- Ideas on how to get the most out of therapy if you’re currently working with a counselor or therapist, or are considering getting started.
- Wellness tips with a mental, emotional, or spiritual focus.
- General encouragement to grow into the person you want to be.
What you won’t find here . . .
A therapy experience. This site is designed to provide tips and advice, and encouragement as stated above. It is not intended or presented to be psychotherapy or counseling. It is also not intended to be any form of criticism of any therapist or health provider you currently see. This site and its content does not take the place of any form of health care. It will hopefully be therapeutic each time you visit, it just won’t be therapy.
Thank you for visiting!
Devin
